Nucleoside2NTP Kits

The Nucleoside2NTP Kits were designed to enzymatically phosphorylate a wide range of purine and pyrimidine ribo- and deoxyribonucleosides using our proprietary kinase cascade.

Individual conversion rates to nucleoside 5’-mono-, -di- and -triphosphate are substrate dependent but average conversions from ribonucleoside or deoxyribonucleoside analog to NTP are typically in the range of 30 to 70 % with the use of our Nucleoside2NTP Ribo Kit (Art.-No.: K-ES-0001) and Nucleoside2NTP dRibo Kit (Art.-No.: K-ES-0002), respectively.

Combine a Nucleoside2NTP Kit with the Nucleoside2NTP Booster Pack (Art.-No. K-ES-0004) for >90 % conversion to NTP and simplified product purification.

The Nucleoside2NTP MultiMod Kit (Art.-No.: K-ES-0003) is a combination of the Ribo and dRibo Kits and may be used for any nucleoside substrate.
All kits are also functional using a nucleoside 5'-monophosphate as substrate.
