Step 1:  Initial Enzyme Screening
Send us your modified nucleoside substrate, and we’ll screen it using our modular enzymatic platform to evaluate feasibility and fine-tune the synthesis route. If the substrate is commercially available, we can source it directly. Screening is skipped and not billed if the desired product has already been produced by us (see Explore What’s Possible).

Step 2:  Enzymatic Synthesis
Your nucleoside is then converted into a high-purity 5′-triphosphate using our proprietary enzymatic platform, ensuring consistent yields and reliable performance. Standard production ranges from 0.5–2 µmol unless otherwise agreed.

Step 3:  Purification & Quality Control
Each batch is purified and subsequently analyzed by HPLC-DAD to confirm >90 % purity, ensuring the quality and reproducibility your research depends on.

Step 4:  Delivery
Within 20–30 working days, your custom nucleoside triphosphate ships as a neutralized solution — ready for immediate use in your experiments.

What is the typical turnaround time for production?

Our standard turnaround time is 20-30 working days, depending on the complexity of your nucleoside substrate. Please be aware that we can only start producing once we have received your nucleoside substrate.

How will the product be delivered?

By default we deliver nucleotide products as sodium salts in neutralized or slightly basic solutions, as this generally provides best stability. The product concentration can be adjusted to your needs. The shipment of dry powder is possible but may require additional stability tests.

What purity level can I expect?

We guarantee an optical purity level of over 90% for all nucleoside triphosphates produced. Purity is determined by HPLC-DAD.

How much nucleoside triphosphate will I receive?

By default we offer production in the scale of 0.5-2 µmol final product. If you require more just contact us, but be aware that production time may be higher.

Can you work with any nucleoside substrate?

We can work with a wide range of modified nucleosides. The more we know about the substance the better we can plan the production, but working with non-disclosed structures is also possible. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your project.

How much does it cost?

Our service is competitively priced, but depends highly on the respective nucleoside substrate and its feasability in biocatalytic conversion. 

We will first perform an enzyme screening and initial process evaluation that is fixed at a price of 590 €. After that we can assess the production cost for you. You will have the option to accept or refuse the offer at this point.
