Acetate kinase AcK01

The acetate kinase AcK01 is a thermostable enzyme of bacterial origin. It phosphorylates all natural (d)NDPs to the respective (d)NTPs using acetyl phosphate as phosphate donor and can be used as a substitute for nucleoside-diphosphate kinases and as an ATP regeneration system in kinase reactions.
