Polynucleotide kinase PNK01

The polynucleotide kinase PNK01 is a modified version of the Escherichia virus T4 PseT enzyme. This enzyme catalyzes the phosphorylation of 5'-dephosphorylated DNA and also acts on 5'-dephosho-RNA 3'-mononucleotides. Three point mutations result in complete loss of 3' phosphatase activity.
